This exciting addition to the Dingle Wheel of Time Series honours the Celtic celebration of Cónocht an Fómhair. Toasting to the shades of the season and a goodbye to summer. Matured in former Bourbon casks with a Rum cask finish, Dingle Cónocht an Fómhair brings aromas of fresh mint, rhubarb crumble dusted in brown sugar and toffee apple. Hints of tropical fruits and sweet raisins on the palate gives way to honey, coconut, and hazelnuts.
