Muckross Wild Irish Gin

From Killarney in County Kilkenny. This small batch gin uses a whole host of local botanicals including rosehip, hawthorn and heather as well as the more traditional gin flavourings and some bitter orange.

Taste: Refreshingly rounded with notes of Grapefruit adding a delicious Citrus back-note to the Bitter Orange. It embraces a London Dry style distillation, which results in a smooth and mellow premium gin, elegant on the nose but with an unmistakeable wild side. It is crisp & fresh with a very natural taste.
